Pistachios may help you lose weight

According to published studies, it is said that pistachios may help you lose weight.

In a study published in the Review of Diabetic Studies in 2014, people who eat just 25 grams of pistachios daily could see their blood glucose levels and blood pressure, body mass index and C-reactive protein improve.

Good things come in small packages and the same is applicable to nuts. Apart from being delicious, these bite-sized crunchy goodies have numerous health benefits.
